The annual Wild Carp Trust has raised a heart-warming £1,358 for the conservation of heritage carp.
Wild Carp Trust fundraiser Rafe Gabriel said, “The annual auction is the Wild Carp Trust’s main source of income. We thank everyone for bidding and for the winners for their donations. After action fees are deducted, we should receive £1,250. The funds will go directly to saving the Llyngwyn wild carp – our main priority for the coming year. Auction lots included guided fishing days, collectible tackle, and custom items. They were provided by Wild Carp Trust supporters in the UK and overseas, to whom we are sincerely grateful.”
